Serves as the good will arm for the Laguna Hills Chamber of Commerce. They serve an integral role in welcoming and educating new members, encouraging membership retention and encouraging the members to participate and use the Chamber as a means to increase their business.Â
Plans and oversees Chamber networking meetings, mixers, milestone celebrations, educational programs and themed annual events that promote networking and community inclusion. Serves as the recruiting and enrollment arm for the Laguna Hills Chamber of Commerce. They serve an integral role in encouraging new membership enrollments, special event sponsorships and enrolling in President's Circle memberships.
Responsible for the planning and oversight of the chamber website, newsletter, social media, public relations, marketing materials and various other aspects pertaining to the Chamber`s branding identity and reputation in the marketplace.
The committee shall initiate, supervise and coordinate all activities of the Laguna Hills Chamber of Commerce with regards to City, County, State, and Federal government. Shall also serve as the liaison between the LHCC Board and the City of Laguna Hills, which includes, but is not limited to, attending Laguna Hills City Council meetings, identify if there are any agenda items that are relevant to LHCC's mission and the interests of its members, and if needed, send a representative to the council meeting to represent the Chamber's position on said items. Furthermore, the committee shall identify proposed activities and events for the Chamber to co-sponsor with the city and other community organizations.
